The University of Missouri-Columbia is now testing a remote vital signs monitoring system at assisted living facilities in Columbia, MO and Cedar Falls, IA.  The approach, much like others tried elsewhere, is at lease unusual since it serves patients in different states.  The piece does not say how, if necessary, the providers deal with medical licensure in two states from one monitoring center (in Missouri).  MORE INCLUDING 10 WEARABLE MONITORS
