Inhalable exosomes deliver IL-12 lung cancer treatments
“Scientists [at Columbia University] have discovered a way to use inhalable exosomes to deliver interleukin-12 (IL-12) mRNA to the lungs for cancer therapy. The technology provides a means of achieving sufficiently concentrated IL-12 levels in the lungs and bypassing some of the off-target side effects of IL-12 therapy delivered systemically through other delivery mechanisms, including tumor injections or via the blood stream.” MORE
