Aneesh Chopra Appointed Chief Technology Officer

At the 2008 Medical Automation Conference, then Secretary of Technology for the Commonwealth of Virginia, Aneesh Chopra, gave a keynote address about leveraging IT for more effective, efficient and equitable healthcare. Earlier this year, President Obama appointed Chopra “Chief Technology Officer,” in the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy.
