IBM’s “Smart Camp”

As part of its Global Entrepreneur Initiative, IBM has created a “Smart Camp” in Austin, Texas where innovators of personal health technologies can meet other inventors, venture capitalists, and academics for coaching in their idea’s development. IBM’s services around the world send in nominations, from which a panel of judges chooses finalists, who then enter a judging for “IBM Global Entrepreneur of the Year.” This piece describes five recent winners with one minute videos.
