Dr. John E. Niederhuber, Executive Vice President and CEO of the Inova Institute for Translational Research and Personalized Medicine, will keynote the conference and speak on the Future of Translational Research and Personalized Medicine. Prior to this position, he served as the Director of the National Cancer Institute.

Dr. Harvey Stern,joined the Genetics & IVF Institute as a prenatal geneticist and molecular biologist.  Her is currently the Director of Reproductive Genetics and Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis, joining the latter program at GIVF as Director in 1998.  He also serves as the medical geneticist for the donor sperm and donor egg programs at GIVF.  Dr. Stern will present Genetics, Genomics, and Diagnostics.
