A California insurance brokerage is now offering small business employers a low cost alternative for simple healthcare needs.  The service comes from Dallas-based TelaDoc; subscribers call in their ailments, such as sinus infections, urinary tract infections, and sore throat, and usually get a consultation (and a prescription order if warranted) within 30 minutes.
