90% of Americans at Risk for Heart Disease

For decades the CDC has conducted National Health and Nutrition Examination Surveys, and the most recent one finds that nearly all Americans are at risk for heart diseases, mainly because of diet and inactivity. Fewer than 8% can now be considered at low risk, and those are mostly infants and people over 100 years (who, by and large, have lived through all their disease risks). MORE
