Artificial Organs: “Pick, Place, Perfuse”

If you have a mind’s-eye vision of automated circuit board assembly in the electronics industry, you can imagine how bioengineers at Brown University are approaching “pick, place, and perfuse” in tissue engineering. A video in this piece shows how self-assembling microtissues can be manipulated for molding into larger structures.
