"UP" by Jawbone

Jawbone (San Francisco, CA), a maker of personal electronics and best known for its Bluetooth headsets, will release later this year a wearable wristband that automatically collects data about a person’s movement and can analyze smart phone pictures of meals to assess calorie intake. This product, named “Up,” can send suggestions about better nutrition or sleep improvement to a smart phone.  MORE
