Masimo Total Hemoglobin Measurement

In another “measure through motion” application, Masimo Corporation (Irvine, CA) recently announced results from a European study showing that the company’s non-invasive spectrophotometry-based hemoglobin monitoring device was comparable to laboratory analysis of a blood draw.  Further, of course, this device can be employed continuously during, say, a surgical procedure.            MORE
