In a collaboration between Carnegie Mellon and University of Minnesota, engineers, using a noninvasive brain-computer interface, “have developed the first-ever successful mind-controlled robotic arm exhibiting the ability to continuously track and follow a computer cursor.” Note: no surgical implant.
