This piece describes a telemonitoring protocol that researchers at UCLA and eResearch Technology (Philadelphia, PA) have put together to follow 200 adult COPD patients in Los Angeles for a year to see if tracking and response for a number of factors results in ameliorating symptoms and improved quality of life.
