Glucose Mobile Phone

In a study Partners Healthcare (Boston) sponsored, more than two-thirds of parents with a diabetic child said they would be receptive to a mobile phone device and service that took blood sugar values and transmitted them to a healthcare provider.  Study design and implications were reported in the November 2009 issue of the Journal of Diabetes Science and Technology.                    MORE
