This workshop will provide an in-depth evaluation of home health care and the challenges to delivering the “Hospital at Home.” A wide variety of enabling technologies will be reviewed, as well as, the experiences of caregivers. The key roles to successful home care will be reviewed and the challenges identified. At the conclusion of this workshop, attendees will have the knowledge to immediately begin the planning and execution of their home care strategy.
