A Wearable Noninvasive Blood Monitor

EchoLabs, a startup in Palo Alto, CA, has a wrist watch monitor which it claims can continuously track blood gas, hydration, pulse and blood pressure, using an optical sensor that reads pulsed light through the tissue to the blood stream. Others have done as much with everything other than blood pressure, but if EchoLabs actually measures blood pressure as well, it would be a remarkable advance.
