Walmart Health Center offers lab testing

Ten years ago, Walmart looked like it could become the largest healthcare provider in the US by 2020.  That didn’t happen, but the company still moves in that direction, now with its second healthcare center, this one outside of Atlanta.  Among other things, this facility conducts clinical laboratory testing, which now has the public’s attention.  In the retail battle between Walmart and Amazon, this is one area where Walmart has a clear advantage.     MORE
