Walmart Health

Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, has been exploring healthcare offerings for more than a decade.  Now, the company has launched “Walmart Health,” with a retail clinic in Dallas, Georgia.  It includes services in primary care, dental, optometry, counseling, lab tests, x ray, hearing, wellness education and behavioral health.  CVS and Walgreens are working on their retail offerings too.  It’s a good bet Walmart and the other retailers won’t offer charity care.
