Some stresses are worse than others, but even minor threats cause adrenalin and cortisol to enter the blood stream. Know that, following a researcher at the University of Cincinnati has devised a test strip that optical absorbance spectroscopy can analyze for several biomarkers—cortisol, serotonin, dopamine, et al—from a single drop of blood or urine.
