Urine Test

A recent newswire story announced that Advanced Diagnostic Laboratories (Bensalem, PA) is now offering a urine test for precancerous polyps that is more sensitive than the current fecal assay (both of which can precede a colonoscopy). The test named “Poly Dx” is from a spin out company, Metabolomic Technologies, Inc., originating at the University of Alberta.
