This is an interesting piece in a growing genre of similar technology. Certainly, the Fraunhofer Institute’s nanoscale sensor, analytics and reporting strategy are impressive, but it must be guessed that the glucose oxidase activates through the skin. In any case, the sensor is meant to be worn for weeks or months, transmitting data through a wireless interface. MORE
