Cold Plasma Sterilization

Plasmas are ionized gases that can flow at temperatures of the Sun’s surface (hot plasma) or around body temperature (cold plasma). In the case of cold plasma, the gas can kill bacteria by damaging the organisms’ DNA and, in that, offers a means of sterilization for treating antibiotic-resistant germs as found in wounds. MORE
