ActiveCare, Inc.(West Valley City, UT), makers of  the “ActiveOne+” monitoring watch, and Vista Therapeutics (Santa Fe, NM), developers of nano-wire biosensors, have formed a strategic alliance to create a real time continuous monitoring system that can transmit data from elderly patients with chronic illness to ActiveCare’s 24/7 telemedicine center.  Vista’s nano-wire device is capable of tracking 250 biomarkers and was originally built for homeland security purposes.  (Is homeland security playing the role the space program once had in developing new technology for every day use?).             MORE Also see the nano-biosensor
