If healthcare reform is “in the air,” that air is even thicker in China than in the US.  On April 6, 2009, the Chinese government released its latest medical reform plan, which includes (among many things) an e-health initiative called “the regional collaboration medical service”-roughly corresponding to regional health exchanges in the US and Europe.
