Hospitals are unhealthy place, by virtue of being filled with sick and vulnerable patients. Not only is a short length of stay desirable for lower costs, the sooner a patient can go home, even under distance monitoring, the better health-wise. One solution for this involving monitoring is wearable garments imbedded with sensors that track patients’ vital signs.
