Broad Institute Gift Largest Ever

Los Angeles philanthropists Eli and Edythe Broad, who originally donated $200m to create the Broad Institute at Harvard and MIT in 1998, have now added another $400m-making the combination the largest contribution in support of university-based biomedical research worldwide.
