Hotel Reservations

A block of rooms has been reserved for Wednesday November 30 through Saturday, December 3, 2011.
RATE: $94 plus 10% tax single or double.

To make your reservation, call the Hotel directly at 703-471-9500 and ask for the room block for the “7th Annual Medical Automation Conference”  M-9LK2QX.  Reservations need to be made by Wednesday, November 23, 2011. Any reservations received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis

All reservations must be guaranteed for room and tax when making the reservation. Individual attendees may guarantee payment by the following methods:  Credit Card-American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Carte Blanche, Diners Club or Discover Card.

Check in and check out
Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 12 pm.

Late check-out is provided based on availability although some charges may apply. Arrangements can be made by contacting the front desk. Luggage storage is available either for early arrival or late departure.

Cancellation
Individual attendees will be charged for one night’s room and tax if they do not cancel by 6:00 PM on day of arrival; cancellations made prior to 6:00 PM will not be penalized.

Shuttle Service
Shuttles run every 15 minutes from Dulles International Airport to the hotel.   Exit Door #2 at the airport on the baggage claim level.  Shuttles will be available at area “A” or “H”.
