Exhibitors
The 7th Annual International Medical Automation Conference will be held at the Dulles Airport Marriott Hotel. The exhibit area will be in a room adjacent to the conference meeting room. Participants will be able to easily access the exhibit area during the conference registration, breaks, and during an extended lunch period.
Exhibitors will be provided with a 6-foot table, 2 chairs or an equivalent space for a company display.
Exhibit hours are:
Setup 7:00 AM (or evening before by request)
Exhibit 7:00 – 8:00 AM; 10:30 – 11 AM; and, 12:30 – 2:00 PM
Breakdown After 2 PM or 4:15 PM (end of conference)
Two company representatives will be provided with free registration to the conference which includes: all conference materials, breaks, lunch, and free parking.
Space is limited – Register early. Payment $300.00
