Karen Rheuban's bio:

Karen S. Rheuban, MD currently serves as Professor of Pediatrics (Cardiology), Senior Associate Dean for External Affairs and Continuing Medical Education and Medical Director of the Office of Telemedicine at UVA. She is President of the American Telemedicine Association, and a board member of the Center for Telehealth and E-Health Law. She has presented Congressional testimony regarding telehealth, and she has worked with Virginia Medicaid to provide coverage of telehealth services for all eligible Virginia children regardless of geographic location.
