Pharmacy Automation: Key Applications and Elements of Success
This workshop will discuss several applications of pharmacy automation and technology some traditional and some that are quite unique. Starting with the use of essential data for decision support to effective return on investment analysis, the goal is to provide a broad overview of justifying and implementing a successful automation project. Case studies will be presented throughout to demonstrate unique experiences based on facility size and individual automation goals. At the conclusion of this workshop, attendees will have the knowledge and skill to immediately use these principles in their pharmacy.
