Nancy Cleveland's bio:

Nancy Cleveland is Medical Director of LC Technologies and a member of the research and development team for the Eyegaze systems currently in use by people with disabilities. She has collected eye tracking data from hundreds of people over the past 25 years and continues to participate in the ongoing development of improved user interfaces. Nancy has developed innovative methods to modify the eye tracking instrument to accommodate a wide variety of physiologic eye issues, expanding the percentage of the disabled population that can be served by the Eyegaze Edge system. She has presented Eyegaze in-services and workshops at over 100 institutions in North and South America, Europe, Africa, Australia, New Zealand, India, China, Japan and Kazakhstan. Prior to work at LC Technologies, Nancy had over 10 years experience as an ER nurse in Fairfax Hospital in Virginia and several hospitals in Pennsylvania, 5 years as a Pennsylvania State Paramedic instructor, Head Nurse on an adolescent unit in a psychiatric hospital, and Training Lieutenant of a volunteer rescue squad. Disclosure: Nancy has disclosed that as the Medical Director is a salaried employee of LC Technologies.
