iHealthLabs (Mountain View, CA) manufactures several wireless devices for health monitoring—a scale, activity and sleep tracker, pulse oximeter, and a “smart cuff” for blood pressure. The cuff is now available for $99.95, but the company is developing a modified version for measuring “endothelial function” along with blood pressure. This piece does not define endothelial function or how the company intends to track it, but apparently clinical trials will go ahead later this year. MORE
