Thousands of health-monitoring smartphone apps exist, but is more chaff than wheat in the winnowing.  Mayo Clinic may have found a useful product in “Better” (from GetBetter, Inc., Palo Alto, CA).  This app allows subscribers to download data and query symptoms, while accessing medical records and a medical provider or coach.  The app is free but there is a monthly fee for the advice line.   MORE
