Wireless Ambulatory Monitoring “Anytime-Anywhere”
Unique Perspectives On Remote Monitoring To Engage Consumers and Providers
The combined effects of soaring healthcare costs, an aging population, the shortage of healthcare professionals and the empowerment of patients are pushing healthcare providers to deliver easy-to-use remote monitoring solutions that allow individuals to self-monitor / manage their health condition through vital signs monitoring (ECG, heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen level, spirometry, glucose, and weight) and safety sensors for when a person has fallen down. These technologies will wirelessly transmit the collected data to an in-house base station, and out to a dedicated monitoring center for immediate analysis and follow-up treatment. The solution’s primary objective is to provide the tools for real-time assessment, education and management of individuals’ health condition that will allow them to remain at home, and maintaining and/or improving their quality of life.
Technological Objectives
Provide innovative technological solutions and integrate them into a comprehensive working system in order to:
1. Provide daily disease management for better health monitoring.
2. Provide seamless safe surroundings at the individuals’ home.
3. Result in acceptable / enhanced clinical outcomes of a individuals’ health condition
4. Provide social connectivity with the medical community, family and friends.
