Ms. Betty Gallaher RN

“Miss Betty” Gallaher was an emergency department nurse at the Coosa Valley Medical Center in Alabama for 43 years.  She was 78 years old when she died of COVID-19 on January 10.   She could have retired years ago, but her devotion to nursing carried her through to the end.  This newsletter especially features a genre of technology called medical automation.
