Stem Cells to T-cells from Artificial Thymic Organoids

Growing tissue organoids seems to be the coming thing for drug testing, but additionally, researchers at UCLA have used artificially grown thymic organoids to be a “nursery” for converting hematopoietic stem cells into tumor-fighting T cells. Apparently, the issue of implant rejection has not yet been solved, but being able to produce T cells is a great feat in itself. MORE
