Printing “Smart Skin”

Some stories are fetching just because they are so fetching. This is one of those, about electrical engineers at Georgia Tech who are developing a 3-D printed material, capable of sensing a wide range of chemical and electrical sensations from the environment, in becoming an “internet of things” you wear. The ink used in printing is made of carbon nanotubes; with RFID capability it becomes “wireless skin.” MORE
