Researchers at the Federal University of Sao Carlos (Sorocaba, Brazil) have developed a silver nitride nanoprobe that affixes to an atomic force microscope. The probe’s bifurcated tip can present an antigen for antibodies implicated in multiple sclerosis, and so make a diagnosis of the disease without a CT image. MORE
