Cosmetic Testing with 3D Printed Skin

The French cosmetic giant L’Oreal is working with San Diego-based Organovo to make human skin for testing beauty products. L’Oreal will use 130,000 samples of this tissue to help predict toxic effects, and Organovo is supplying that material from its NovoGen bioprinter.
