Soft “Exosuit” for Physical Rehab

“Biologically inspired engineers” at Harvard’s Wyss Institute have developed a soft exosuit that functions to assist gait rehabilitation. Sensors that the wearer has placed at the lower back, hip, calf and ankle activate in sequence several air bladders that provide support and boost muscle power in walking.
