“Breezing” is the name developers at Arizona State University have given to a device that analyzes CO2 and oxygen in exhaled breath to indicate a person’s metabolic rate. Users simply exhale into the recorder and the data is sent wirelessly to a smart phone with an app which interprets the results and prescribes diet and exercise details for a specified goal. Production is just getting started, but the manufacturer is offering units for $250. MORE
