Virtual Medical Visits

In a survey of 1,000 adults, a NYC-based healthcare marketing company found that 78% of those it contacted would consider a virtual medical visit, while 22% would not. Of those who would, the chronically ill were most receptive (84%), and men were more positive than women. Apparently, many people are afraid that actually seeing a doctor will be more difficult when healthcare reform floods practices with millions of newly covered patients. MORE
