Blue Cross/Blue Shield of North Carolina (Chapel Hill, NC) has decided to outsource some of its IT work to a facility in India.  While claiming that this arrangement won’t affect the company’s 4,600 current employees, BC/BSNC doesn’t deny its future interest in employing IT workers in India for $20k per year, compared to $80k in Research Triangle Park.         MORE
