Siemens has begun marketing its “Acuson P10” portable ultrasound device-which is small enough to fit in a lab coat pocket.  It weight only 1.6 lbs, including the reader, cord and wand.  Siemens supposes it will be useful for triage in cardiology, emergency care, and obstetrics.   MORE
