Elder Games

If you presume the elderly are intimidated by computer technology and resist being engaged electronically, think again. The European Union has funded a project called “Elder Games” which simply are video games that allow multiple players at the same time. The main difference between Elder Games and the sort teenagers play is that the elders are tracked for their response time as a way of monitoring cognitive skills. Apparently, “clinical trials” showed that elders loved this play platform and didn’t care if they were being followed for their mental state. MORE
